ARTICLE 7: NATIONAL EXECUTIVE BOARD – C. RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY

The National Executive Board shall ensure that the financial accounts and records of the National Union are audited at least annually by an independent Chartered Accountant approved by the Board, with a copy of the audit report to be delivered in a timely way to all Local Unions and subordinate bodies.
