ARTICLE 15: LOCAL UNIONS - B. LOCAL UNION OFFICERS

1. Each Local Union will have at least four Executive Officers, of whom three shall be:

• A Local Union President
• A Local Union Vice President
• A Local Union Secretary Treasurer
